Leave M6 at junction 19 and follow signs for A556 Northwich. Immediately after leaving the roundabout turn right at The Windmill pub into Pickmere Lane. Follow the road for 2 miles into the village of Pickmere. Turn right at The Red Lion pub. Pickmere Country Guest House can be found on the left hand side of the road within 100 yds. If you pass The Elms pub you have gone too far. Pull into the car park at the rear and enter the building through the porch at the rear.

 I was using the hotel as a place to sleep and spending the rest of my time with my family, therefore the most important features for me were the bed and the breakfast.
